By using the fastbot.trade website and the fastbot Telegram bot (the "service"), you agree to the terms below. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
1. A free service
fastbot is currently provided free of charge. Access is granted manually via Telegram @fastbot_support. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part or all of the service at any time.
2. Not financial advice
All content on the website and in the bot is for informational and educational purposes only, and is not financial, legal or tax advice. You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions. See also our Risk Disclosure.
3. Exchange accounts and API keys
fastbot connects to your exchange accounts (Binance, DNSE, eToro) via API keys that you create yourself. fastbot never holds your funds and does not accept API keys with withdrawal permission. You are responsible for keeping your credentials and keys secure, and you may revoke access at any time by deleting the API key on the exchange.
4. Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for every order and plan you set up.
- You comply with the terms of the exchanges you connect and with applicable law.
- You do not use the service for unlawful purposes or to harm others.
5. Provided "as is"
The service is provided "as is", without warranties of availability, accuracy or results. Markets can be volatile, connections to exchanges can be interrupted, and orders may not fill as expected due to factors beyond our control.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the service, including trading losses, missed opportunities or service interruptions.
